The entire product weighs only 0.7 kg. When not in use, drain the water and sand from the base and expel the air from the column. Fold it into a compact size, making it easy to store without taking up space. It can also be carried with you when camping outdoors.
Quick installation in just 4 simple steps.
1. Unscrew the seal cap at the bottom of the base and pour in clean water or fine sand (about 80% of the base’s capacity).
2. First, secure the internal plug tightly, then tighten the outer sealing cap to prevent leaks during use.
3. Locate the inflation valve at the top of the column and use a gas pump to slowly inflate it until the column is fully filled (avoid over-inflation, which could cause it to burst).
4. Lay it flat and let it rest; then you can begin your boxing workout.
